i have an issue with the start of the game day 1, im being softlocked in the bedroom at night. it wont let me leave the room and it keeps saying i cant sleep yet? what do i do

If you used the shower before sleeping this can cause the game to softlock and the only fix right now is either reloading a save or starting over.
