What happen with James btw? I finished his questline but i don't see him on my call list or anything period. He is like just gone. Does he have his scenes or he just missing after that one questline?

In the end, James was to remain a slave and appear in the trophy gallery, as well as having his contact saved in the phone book so that you could call him at home whenever you wanted.
If he didn't show up for you, there was a problem at the end when you saved his story. It would be important if you could go back a few saves and check what's happening and tell me if you're still having this problem.
Of course, this only applies if the ending is successful and you manage to escape from the plant at the end of the story. If you didn't manage to escape at the end and it hypnotized you, then there really is no continuation, James' story ends there
