Very simple; they didn't! This is actually a recreation; I figured this out by noticing that most of the bonus characters (asides from the first four in normal and horror mode) are missing.

You can't just claim that you found the real cancelled update's SB3 file when it's actually just a recreation.
someone on scratch shared the project so I in fact didn’t make it. I just saw it and decided to post it because why not?
