i would love if their was a easier way to do multiplayer with a friend that is in a different place. i have tried to do the LAN thing but it did not work.
You can give your ip address to your friend and he/she has to add it as a server. Example: Normally you would do: mindustry.io or other server addresses. but instead of mindustry.io you write the ip address. You have to host the game and your friend can join you. I hope i could help!
