You're also missing the Make a Snowman task. It will appear inside the reindeer enclosure and will be completed once you place the carrot as its nose.

Do any one task to move the clock on, and then wobble in and out of the enclosure until the snowman's head spawns :) Good luck!

Aw man, I got the snowman head one time, and I didn't collect it...
EDIT: Heck yeah, I got both the task AND the last ending!
