Most of the bad endings happen in act 1, if you don't save the girls then. So unless you intentionally try to get a character killed, you'll get a happy ending. And he has some scenes in Cecilia's story. I might add more in the future.
I mean the very end of this game, like mc die or others die, plus I wish there will be more acts :)
