I would like to add that it seems to be, at least in my experience, to be a weird interaction with clothing. If you don't have clothing on your character, specifically underwear/pants, everything will appear as expected.
Yes, the test area has been removed from the latest version. Some bugs are causing the player's genitalia not to show properly during animations. The bugs are fixed and thanks for the report!
