Hi! Thanks for reporting this. Is this the "New Game" button that appears where "Continue" would usually appear on the start menu? Or is it crashing when you hit the "erase save data" button in the settings?
If the former, the problem might fix itself if you hit the erase save data button in the settings, then return to the start menu, but either way it's a bug that needs to be fixed, I'll look into it when I can.
