Is it possible, or could it be possible, to deactivate the sensitivity thing, but keep the rest of the update?
In the Options menu, under "Difficulty" there is a check box to turn it off.

When I went and looked, the only things under difficulty was BDSM, am I doing it in the wrong place or something? I tried from the main menu
