The countdown was to have a game over screen with high score and such, but we didn't have time to implement it, so basically for now it's useless.
You start with a timer of 150 seconds, then you gain 10 seconds per gift delivered, but well, since there is no game over, i guess you can just free roam around the map without minding it ;)
