Hello! There seems to be some misunderstanding, so we’d like to clarify a few things.
First, "Softly, With Teeth" Kickstarter project was conducted by Olivine Arc (Aubry K.), the lead of Studio Chiffon. swtkickstarter@gmail.com is Olivine Arc's email address.
EVERIUM has simply purchased a license from Olivine Arc to use "Softly, With Teeth" and has no involvement with the Kickstarter project itself. However, Olivine Arc requested that we allow their Kickstarter backers to enjoy the newly created game, and since we thought it would be ideal to satisfy as many people as possible, EVERIUM promised to issue steam keys for the completed game and provide them to Olivine Arc.
We are not sure where this misunderstanding came from, but based on the agreement, Olivine Arc is responsible for the distribution of “Velvet Bite” steam keys. We believe this is the most appropriate procedure because, legally, EVERIUM does not have the responsibility or the authority to handle personal information and contact details of "Softly, With Teeth" Kickstarter backers.
EVERIUM has never received any payment from "Softly, With Teeth" Kickstarter backers. We hope you understand that our provision of “Velvet Bite” steam keys is an act of goodwill to protect the visual novel enthusiast community.
Currently, we expect “Velvet Bite” to be completed in January 2025, so we plan to deliver the “Velvet Bite” steam keys to Olivine Arc after completion. Please receive your steam key from Olivine Arc.
