I really enjoyed playing the demo. As I was doing so, I kept thinking of your FF4 Alter Destiny game which I've played several times over the years. The demo shows how you've come on as a dev. The new characters are great.
One small thing. I'm sure that when Johan reached level 8, the level up screen said that he had gained the skill Slumber. It never showed in his skill list.
I'm looking forward to the next demo.
