It seems like its on your end. I don't have any problems running it. And there are lots of comments from others enjoying the update.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling it. Make sure all copies are uninstalled before installing the new one.

first download save to file (red one on the right) set aside somewhere on your PC to avoid deletion, and then completely uninstall the old version and reinstall the new one. I hope this helps.

Unity 6 no longer supports windows 7. Windows 10 is required.
