I can only wish you good luck at looking for that kind of work as I can't hire anyone, I'm a hobby developer working alone and doing the testing myself (and fixing the bugs that the players end up finding haha)
You can tell me the ideas (here or on my business mail), and I'll look into them, but I already have quite a few in the making.
My recommendation would be to make them into a game yourself; you can use your free time to learn a bit of programming and create the game of your dreams!
