Unfortunately really rough but has potential. Considering that you did all this in a single hour is somewhat remarkable.
I hope you'll end up having more time in the next game jam!
The game was made in Scratch so I don't know if ill be able to improve it much considering that it is hard to make a good game in Scratch.
