So I figured it out, the background is supposed to be the black part. and then put the floor tiles within the black part. unfortunately IDK of a way to hide the outside or do the 3D effect in the screenshots.
Thank you so much, i figured it out. It was my mistake, i imported the tilesets in the wrong place.
