you can't sadly...but! you can become mates with dustfeather when you have kits with duskfall when he's watching over the kits!
Or you can first be mates with Dustfeather then Duckfall willl ask you to the beach and Dustfeather if it is just a friend thing and if you say yes you can stay with both or if you say no he will say you broke his trust
