I sympathize, but you should not judge if there is no good software, because virustotal can be wrong, if you do not have money for good antiviruses, it does not mean that virustotal is the best.
I'm telling you right away, NOT AVIRA, this antivirus puts everything in quarantine and is like a virus itself. I recommend ESET NOD32, personally it works great for me even when not activated + it saved my computer.
