You don't need options, the folder can be extracted by simply dragging it to the desktop or any other folder.
Otherwise, you can right-click on the archive file and select the option "unzip/extract here". Then the system will put the contents of the archive in the current folder where the archive itself is located. The second item from this menu pre-creates a folder with the archive name and places the contents in this folder.
