So the game has a level creation system that can let players "communicate", as they exchange ideas, strategies, and feedback about level design. They could leave comments or tips for others as well. Also I could probably have some sort of level design challenge once in a while to make people collab on levels and show their levels off.

Okie ! But you should have a obvious theme on game there is a reason why jams have themes so that we can identify is the game made in between jam period or not .
