I can't play this game. I really want to but every time the killer sees you, it plays just nothing but an extremely ear bursting loud noise. It's not scary at that point, it just hurts your ears. I need the volume at a regular level so I can hear the regular game volume but then it amps up by what feels like 20x whenever the killer spots you. I like these kind of games but couldn't play this one because I'm forced to either play with regular volume and damage my ears or play with extremely low volume so it doesn't hurt my ears when spotted. It's not worth damaging my eardrums.
Hey! I totally get what you’re saying, and I appreciate the feedback! Right now, we don’t have an in-game sound setting system, but you can adjust the volume through Windows to balance things out. If you go to the sound mixer in Windows, you can lower just the game’s volume while keeping everything else at a normal level. That way, you don’t have to play with super low volume, and it won’t hurt your ears when the killer spots you. Hope that helps, and thanks for giving the game a try!
