There should be a button on that pop-up that says "see more" or something like that. Hit that, and hit run anyway. Not sure why, but windows defender doesn't like some games lol

Sadly you can't, any save's before the 1.4 update are not compatiable with 1.4+ update's, you have to create a new save.
