I spent a lot of time in this game for a game jam! If the UI would give feedback on hit/miss, crit hit, damage type, so we could grasp the differences our upgrade choices make, it would be even better.

Great to hear you liked it :D we had a „Missed“ text, but sadly it somehow broke on export to WebGL. Crits are marked as a red damage number. Your elemental bonus damage is always active, altough we went a bit hard on the cost, because it can be quite powerful, because it ignores armor. The enemy type is shown by their color, but a clearer way to see the enemies type would indeed be a good addition.
