Interesting, the sale items show up for me, but when I buy them, my money doesn't drop and the purchase doesn't seem to go through. I can still see it in the shop.
Sounds like a mod conflict - have you tried isolating just this mod in a new game? Also try opening the debug window with ~ and see which mod might be throwing an error during the purchase process.
It wasn't your mod. It was something to do with the truck I was trying to buy and the autoloader. Sorry for posting here. Yours was the only mod I had added before I tried to buy it. Thanks for the mod!
