Is the game fully completed, or is it still ongoing?
No, it's good. I just saw the 1.3 and thought there would be more updates. I also don't like spending money on things that promise more updates in the future in places that aren't Steam or, like, the PlayStation store. Don't worry about it, the game is good, and the new one is good too, I just wanted to make sure.
