That Typhlosion was more human then any of these villagers. Much more then this woman's own father that wasn't even happy to se her after all these years.

Certainly… There is more to being human than just our appearance or what we were birth as. Even with the conflicting rules of both Beast and Humans, he stayed true to his love and morals.

Makes the ending of the woman acepting the Beast rules satisfactory in a twisted way, somehow.

Glad you liked the book and commented, makes me very happy.

Seeing good people getting harmed or killed gets me angry though.

This Typhlosion deserved better. I kinda hoped he would just walk away from the woman who told him to die.

I decided to keep the tragedy as the themes were the overlapping of the morals both sides had and the conflict of them.

She never wanted him to die neither him to be a killer, still thinking about her society rules. Her cowardly cost him the one she loved.

He never wanted to die, but wanted to keep his humanity thinking keeping his word was the way. He felt his loyalty was at a stake.

In the end, she regrets the most have said such and allowed not let him fight in his own way. She completes realization by turning herself the beast. She cannot undone her wrong nor fix it, but she accepted to be like him by the end.

If this was not a dramatic themed story, I would had had them live peacefully too, no mistakes from any of them, no conflict of their own views and rules. But I found the original themes more powerful and decided to keep the story tragic.

I understand why it might be doomer for some… But that is why I noted there is bad stuff in the genre and content warning, so people dont get surprised and buy knowingly the book. I understad the feeling, I dont like good people to be hurted… But I didnt want to sugarcoat the story either. I hope that besides that, you enjoyed the book.

Maybe one day, I may just write a side story about “what if” it didn’t end tragically.

Greetings.

Yeah, the story wouldn't have been as impactful without it, it's because of this injustice and this woman having said such a thing that this hits hard.

Her biggest mistake isn't even to want to keep her old set of morals, I think not wanting the one you love to become a murderer is good, but she clearly didn't think on how to do that.

Another possibility was to move away, leaving the area completely and accepting her new life. Maybe Typhlosion would have been opposed to that in some way since he clearly had no reason to stick around when you have this existential threat in the form of the woman's father. What I mean is that he must have had a good reason to remain on this mountain while not picking a fight with this hunter.

Of course this remains a tragedy where the one who did nothing wrong (not that we know of) paid the most because his wife wasn't able to make her mind.I feel I don't need to like this to understand why this story gives people what they need : a simple story that makes them feel something.

So yeah, I enjoyed the book. The art is good, and while I was originally more interested in the porn and didn't really think it would end so tragically, I stayed for the plot.

Im glad it was worth the read.

I couldnt bring myself to just draw a porn book of it.

Even I had surprised myself making it like this and committing to the characters keeping their mistakes and wrongd or not arranging the things thoroughly.

But Im glad that somehow, that did evoked a feeling, be it of sadness or happiness. I appreciate much your comment about it. Most people buy and read but dont comment. So Im glad you did.
