It is not no, I just booted up and tried again too. At all times of the day. I have not done any of the bug fixes. I don't have Aneko yet, I see there's a way to spawn her. Should I or is there something else?
I didn't do all of Isabella's quest before launching that one mission with the fun day with Emeko, is that possibly it or?
So good news, I think it's a bug because while I completed all current quests I'm literally that 1% that didn't realize completing the girls' side quests was needed to not get soft locked.
I just finished with Neon up to the part requiring I finish controlling your feelings, and unlocked Mikosh. NOW I think I shouldn't be softlocked anymore and will continue past the point of no return
