Any idea why the game runs at 10fps at home but not elsewhere?

This seems specific. I sometimes play the game on a weak laptop and haven't encountered any significant frame drops in the house. Does this happen every time you enter a house, or during a specific story segment? What device are you playing on?

Every time I enter the house(only eirik house) there is a drop in frames so big that I can hardly move the character, after a moment it stabilizes around 10-15 fps and stays that way as long as I remain inside, no matter where I am. I'm playing on the phone by the way

This doesn't happen for any other time and it started when I downloaded the latest public update and upgraded the workbench to level 2
