I really liked this one. I put a few hours into it, right up until I inevitably clicked Quit Game intstead of pause (hint, those are way too close together lol).
You could get a lot of depth out of this idea, even divorced from Neuro. I think you should come back and build on this some time. Some content, some features, some scenery, and I think you've got a really solid game.
The biggest hurdle would be balancing. At the point where I accidentally quit, I was at the point where Neuro could literally not take damage anymore. But once you have a long-term vision and goal for the game, balancing around that should be easier. As long as you have some form of long-term engagement, I think you have a winner on your hands.
