Not sure as to the specific file, but according to VirusTool one of the security vendors flagged it as trojan:

It’s a false positive. This Jiangmin antivirus has been incorrectly reporting Ren’Py games as Trojans for the past 3 years. (sorry, I deleted my previous reply by mistake)
