It’s just meant to look a bit like a control panel, though I’ve broadly placed positive things in green, bad things in red, warning in yellow and blue.. hmm.. reminded me of Star Trek, so things like “Honour” and “Loyalty” are blue. Maybe you could say that positive personal qualities are blue.
