If I understand correctly, the description of card “01189” states, “The villain and each minion engaged with you attacks you,” which can be interpreted as “The villain and each minion activate against you.”
Based on the rule you provided:
If a minion engages a player during an enemy activation in which all minions engaged with that player are instructed to activate, the newly-engaged minion will also activate.
This means that if a minion is put into play while resolving “01189,” it should also activate.
