1) You didn't get a virus. I've not build a C executable before so it likely needs some kind of signature I lack at the moment. Not sure if a web build will fix it, but definitely something I'll prioritize learning sooner than later.
2) Yeah, instructions fell into the "ran out of time for the jam" bucket. The tank should probably start with 2 health. Just so you know (this should ALSO go in instructions), you were losing points because the red dots were hitting the green ones. Points are gained by gathering the green dots, but I didn't give you any feedback to make that clear.
