I loved it as well, got cut mid way and can't wait for the next Version. I'd buy the game here on Itch once it's more developed!. Now for your question, Idk about the 3rd pic, but the 5th pic you can get it by shooting in the mouth during the train toilet scene rather than shooting inside.
