Oh, how happy I am to see a fellow fan! I can't even count how many times I've played through it—it's the best western ever. I absolutely love its music; for a while, I listened to it nonstop... Though Call of Juarez is just as great—I mean, Ray's charisma really makes it special.

RDR 2 is, of course, an excellent western as well, but there's something unforgettable about these older projects that keeps drawing me back to them again and again.

Sorry for the stream of thoughts! :D

No need to apologize!! The soundtrack is incredible, I'd find myself humming the theme even years after I'd played it last. I was blown away the first time I heard the score in its original quality and not through built in CRT speakers. RDR2 is incredible, but GUN was *the* game I fixated on as a kid and played over and over until I dreamt about it. I'd be interested in hearing how you got the screenshots for the background; I had considered trying to rip the original textures from my disc as a part of some vague passion project to recreate it. Sorry, I could go on forever. Thanks for responding, and for putting such a delightful reference in your game!
