Cool idea! Rated (✓▽✓)

Random opinion:

- it takes 8 click to get to edit mode from finished state.  "finished" -> space -> space -> space -> space -> space -> space -> space -> edit ✓. IMHO it's ok for the first try, but everty time it takes too much time and starts to anoy. I think you can request user input for text only if it's importan (player would miss some importan information if he don't read), in other case you can switch text in background. Als skip button might work well.

- ctrl + z instead of "undo" button and ability OR moving item menu with swipe/scroll

- Move joints after they placed

- And the most missing object is eraser, It's really needed when you experimenting back and forth

QoL would improve game greatly i think.

Nice game overall! Good luck

Thanks for the thoughtful response! Yes I think the UI and functionality can a bit of a short coming. If it helps the test button activates physics but doesn't run the car

I used test, that's surely a good thing. With test you can validate that nothing breaks immideatly, but it's still far from actual run with a car where shit starts to happen (At this point may be I'm playing it wrong and maybe you expected that user wont need to run car many times). But that's only my thoughts, you better know how your game should look <3

You are doing really well in my opinion for "pretty bad artist". You make it simple still recognizable and consistent, so it means that you have inner feeling that let's you do good ^^ thats cool! I don't have that (-_-'), even if i try making it simple, always looks like shit xD my wife saves me here :D

Yeah that's a good point. the reason it doesn't run on test is to serve two reasons. one being that the physics not playing out exactly the same every time so a player might see they're creation work, but then it fails on the crash simmons test, which could be frustrating, and also I like the idea of seeing it run for the first time and seeing it crash terribly! I always think it's funny being so confidant in a build only to see it fall apart like nothing!

But I definitely agree that listening to Crash every time is pretty redundant. if I were to fix anything I'd probably make a quick skip button for his dialogue, but I didn't get around to that sadly.

yeah I always try to stick to a simple color palette since that can look nice with no artistic skill.

Anyway thanks for the super thoughtful review!
