Hi, can i get her actually pregnant? or as i enter the *living with her* stage, is there any more things to do than just have sex with her?

Hi sir, you can't impregnate her yet. You would need the other characters, more specifically the doctor, to unlock that option. It's in development, but eventually you'll be able to impregnate all of them. In some updates we will add the rest of the initial cast with their first level of corruption and the first functional floor.
