In the preferences, what do you have set as the Max Cup size?
Unfortunately I can’t share a screenshot due to your discord server doesn’t support IOS which is the only thing I can use to access discord. It’s only Mikah , it’s the image part of her breasts that don’t change even when it says it’s reach P Cup as it still looks like her initial cup size when you first interact with her, it say P cup but still looks like her original D cup
