Where are my resources going to when I'm not placing any structures? Admittedly I didn't fully know how to play, but it seemed cool. Nice job.
Yep, it isn't that well explained. Minerals persist, but power/population go away at the end of the turn (so you should try to use all the power you're producing, you can't save it).
