You will get used to it, believe me I had thousands of hours in CoD2... and it feels frickin awesome when you can one tap someone without a guide (crosshair).
Yeah killing people with no crosshairs is awesome. The crosshair perk does seem weird though, as it should be a setting or not exist at all.
