Something like (the error was in a language different from English so I'm translating here):

UE4Game-Win64-Shipping.exe - Application Error

Unable to start application (error 0xc000007b)

Click ok to terminate the application.

Try to Go here http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40784 and download the installer. Uninstall and dont repair. Then reinstall.

No luck, could it be related to a firewall or something?

Do you have 64bit windows?
