After playing more, I'll add that maybe it could benefit from some sort of health system to end the game if too many orders are missed. I made it to 1800 $ or so. My hand hurts.

At the moment the game just keeps on running till you quit. Maybe a win (or loose) condition like completing a certain amount of orders or reaching certain amount of money could help.
