Oops! I'm sorry, yes it seems you did unlock the 3rd ship, but it's actually a bug!
It doesn't have the correct art or correct card composition.
It will be corrected in the next patch, as the 3rd ship is not yet fully finished, but it should be available in 1 or 2 weeks.
