Roel, nooooooooo - never giiiive up -

First thing's first, you're doing a stellar job of making this case stand out. The actual interviews with actual people make it feel higher-stakes, y'know? Catscratcher being able to get his two cents in, both as a passive observer and as himself adds a lot of tension, too.

Porroby is pretty interesting, too; both because I can't get a read on how much he knows, and how much is on his mind, and because he adds a whole 'nother layer to the case.

This one is definitely a stumper, though I feel like the 'excess' dummies aren't just for show...

Also. Cutting your arm? While slicing fudge? Hmn...

In other news, rushed or no, the writing felt especially solid this chapter. The tension and emphasis on how serious things were really clicked - not that I didn't chuckle at Wisht and Porroby interacting.

Both tracks were great, and I don't think I can just choose one this time around.

On to steam, which I need to get on at some point, June sounds like a healthy goal; hopefully by then, it'll be possible for me to do more than just cheerlead, but so it goes.

... I actually checked the interviews, too, just on the off-hand that Porroby's rejected interview was present. I'm worried I'm gonna be not too far behind Roel, this round... Or wait, maybe incredibly far behind..?

Since I didn't respond to it directly last time, by the way, thanks for dropping that supplementary material re: Greg. Did he end up Orphaned, I wonder? Wait, I'm probably focusing on the wrong things again?! Aha, that's probably my method, then!

Thanks! I'm glad the tone is working — wouldn't want super goofy antics during the climactic final Stage (which is one of the reasons why Roel is better fit than, say, 795).

It really is - I'll probably have more to say on that later, when I get around to reviewing Methods as a whole, but I feel like you've handled that exceptionally well. :)
