Post a screengrab of your completed shoots, I'll take a look.
Check McGreevy's and the college, and see if there is a flyer on the doors/windows. That should open up her storyline.
I found out what I was doing wrong. The door to the theater was behind the fetish club, so I didn't know it existed. I got the flyer fairly early in the story, but couldn't find the theater.
