Ok, I'm back and the same thing happens offline.

(Just so you know, when the game does work, It's really great! I understand the feeling of nostalgia you were going for, and it has a perfect mix of fear and suspense!)

What platform are you trying to play on? I’ve done a research and it seems that this often happens on WebGL. In which case, downloading a standalone version will do…

... Chromebook desktop

I don’t have any chromebook to test this, but Unity doesn’t support chromebooks.

I suggest that you play Backrooms on other supported devices (Windows, Linux or Mac) or try to emulate the Linux version of it in your chromebook:

I have no idea that this will work or not, but see if you have a chromebook that has graphic hardware acceleration enabled for linux first before emulating.
