Question, how much does perversion actually affects the game? I've heard people said that you need 0 perversion to rescue Karen, but how? You need to suck the guard off with 20 perversion in order to progress the main quest for planting the bugs in the prison. I also want to see how far I can go with perversion but there's something in my mind that kept reminding me that what if my perversion got so high to the point of no returns? I want those yummy yummy sex stuff but I also want to play the game like a actual action rpg game, so wondering if perversion actually have a point of no return or?

You need perversion for Jenna to be able to do more and more perverted stuff in Carceburg and other places.
There is a special choice in the game that requires 0 perversion, but it won't lock away a large amount of content and is meant as a reward for players who go through the troubles of doing a 0 perversion run.
You can skip the perversion in the prison by interacting with the window instead of going in.
