I dont think so, but you can use it to save her by paying the slum to wreak havoc in New Ark city(Note: When the man in the slum asks you to pay 2300 credit you can refuse him twice and just pay 500.)
(2nd Note: This is part of Cassie's quest line, which is to rescue her from the don)
I mean the guy who you give 2300, you can give him only 1000 Credit, in any ways when you find him you take from him back only 500 Credit, which you give back to slums
