Hello! Does your PC matching the minimum system requirements from Steam page? Try to run "..\Engine\Extras\Redist\en-us\UE4PrereqSetup_x86.exe" and then launch the game again
Thank you for this screenshot. I find out that it's an engine bug. I guess I fixed it. Try to redownload the files :)
