The abbreviation for “Creative Commons Attribution v4.0” is “CC BY 4.0”. (The easiest way to check these sorts of things is to look at the Creative Commons site. The URL is https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ and the title is “Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0)”)
